The Problem
The federal annual (periodic) inspection isn’t optional every commercial vehicle needs one every 12 months, and an expired or failed sticker can put a unit out of service at the scale. For a fleet, an inspection that turns up problems the day before a load is due is a scheduling nightmare.
We do DOT inspections as a one-stop visit: a qualified inspector runs the full FMCSA 396 checklist, and because we’re a full heavy-duty shop, anything that fails gets repaired right here brakes, lights, steering, tires so the truck leaves with a current sticker instead of a to-do list. Pair it with your PM and you handle compliance and maintenance in a single stop.
What’s Included
Our inspection follows the full FMCSA periodic-inspection standard and when something fails, we fix it in the same visit instead of sending you elsewhere.
Brake system, steering, suspension, frame, tires and wheels, lighting, coupling, exhaust, and glass — the complete FMCSA periodic inspection.
Applied-stroke measurement, lining thickness, and air- system leak-down checked against DOT out-of-service limits.
Whatever fails gets quoted and repaired in-house no second trip, no separate shop, no lapse in compliance.
Inspection documented, decal applied, and the report filed to the unit's per-VIN service history for your audit trail.
