The Problem
Modern emissions systems are unforgiving. A clogged DPF, a bad DEF quality sensor, or a failed NOx sensor can trigger a derate that drops the truck to 5 mph and no amount of driving clears it. The system is also interconnected, so a cheap sensor fault often hides behind an expensive-looking symptom.
We diagnose the aftertreatment as a system: DOC, DPF, SCR, DEF dosing, EGR, and the sensor network that ties them together. That means we clear the actual fault instead of throwing a new DPF at a sensor problem. And to be clear we perform legal, EPA-compliant repairs only. We do not delete or tamper with emissions equipment.
What’s Included
We treat the aftertreatment as one connected system diagnosing dosing, flow, and sensors together so the derate actually clears and stays cleared.
Read active and stored codes across the engine and aftertreatment, and map the derate to its true source.
Professional bake-and-flow DPF cleaning with before/after flow testing or replacement when the substrate is spent.
DEF dosing and quality-sensor faults, NOx sensors, SCR catalyst, and EGR cooler/valve diagnosis and repair.
Forced regen, reset counters, and confirm the fix under load before the truck leaves the shop.
DPF bake-and-flow cleaning with documented flow-test results
DOC, DPF, and SCR catalyst diagnosis and replacement
DEF dosing unit, pump, and quality-sensor service
NOx and temperature sensor testing and replacement
EGR cooler, valve, and delta-pressure repair
Derate and limp-mode root-cause diagnosis
Forced/parked regeneration and counter reset
EPA/CARB-compliant repairs only — no deletes or tampering

FAQ
Yes, we diagnose the underlying emissions issue, perform necessary repairs or forced regens, and clear the derate codes to restore full power.
No, we do not perform emissions deletes as they violate federal EPA regulations. We specialize in legally maintaining, cleaning, and repairing emissions systems.
DPF filters typically require professional thermal or aqueous cleaning every 150,000 to 200,000 miles, depending on driving conditions and duty cycle.
Yes, bringing your truck in as soon as the warning light appears allows us to fix minor issues early before the engine goes into forced derate.
